PORN BETTER präsentiert: queer-feministische Porno-Kurzfilme

Pornografie ist ein fester Bestandteil der Sexualität vieler Menschen. Und obwohl das Medium eine hohe gesellschaftliche Relevanz hat, wird es aus Scham oft nicht thematisiert. PORN BETTER ist eine Plattform, die dem entgegenwirken will und ethische, feministische Pornos vorstellt. Anlässlich der gelungenen Crowdfunding-Kampagne der Plattform präsentieren Luna und Esti von PORN BETTER einen queerfeministischen Pornoabend mit einer kurzen Einordnung der gezeigten Filme.

Der Porno-Kino-Abend ist ein Versuch, die große Bandbreite alternativer Pornos zu zeigen. Von Inka Winter, die mit ForPlayFilms den Fokus auf Chemie, Konsens und die sexuelle Autonomie von Frauen legt, bis zu Marcus Quillan, der sich mit Thousand Faces dem experimentellen, vom Theater inspirierten Porno verschrieben hat. Die queere Porno-Ikone Courtney Trouble wiederum zeigt Underground-Pornos mit authentischen Inhalten, die Vielfalt, Körperbewusstsein und die Darstellung der queeren Community feiern. Auch die Berliner Newcomerin Bea Blue versteht sich als Filmemacherin und Aktivistin, die daran glaubt, dass Sex die Kraft hat, Veränderung herbeizuführen. Catboy von Xaho ist das ultimative Ballroom Erlebnis. Ein Ort für politischen Ausdruck und das Zelebrieren von queerem Leben und Romantik.

Pornography is an integral part of many people's sexuality. And although the medium has a high social relevance, it is not addressed out of shame. PORN BETTER is a platform that wants to counteract this by presenting ethical, feminist porn. Luna and Esti from PORN BETTER are hosting a queerfeminist porn night with a short classification of the films shown.

The screening is an attempt to show the wide range of indie porn. From Inka Winter's ForPlayFilms, which focuses on chemistry, consent and women's sexual autonomy, to Marcus Quillan's Thousand Faces, which is dedicated to experimental, theatre-inspired porn. Queer porn icon Courtney Trouble, on the other hand, features queer underground porn with authentic content that celebrates diversity, body image and representation of the queer community. Berlin newcomer Bea Blue also sees herself as a filmmaker and activist who believes that sex has the power to bring about change. Catboy by Xaho is the ultimate ballroom experience. A place for political expression and the celebration of queer life and romance.
